Job Description


Are you creative and entrepreneurial-minded? Do you like working on sales enablement strategies? Do you thrive off a fun and familial work environment? Then you’ll fit right in! We’re a really fun and close-knit team.

This will be hybrid internship that will include in-office collaborative work and virtual work consisting of research, conceptualization, pitches and implementation, and asset and contact development. You’ll be working closely with our Director of Business Development throughout the internship.


At your internship, you’ll get to:

  • Receive compensation in the amount of $15/hr paid bi-weekly

  • Perform duties associated with marketing like assisting in the identifying target markets, contacts and leads, developing campaigns and creative around them and implementing our marketing strategy

  • Work in Adobe design suite programs for marketing collateral

  • Use our Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to track and collate customer and project information

  • Work in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) building informational documents

Before we interview you, we’d like you to:

  • Be on time

  • Make your internship a priority

  • Have a strong desire to be a part of our 20/20 Visual Media team

  • Show a solid understanding of the general marketing and sales strategies

  • Provide a portfolio of your best creative work, whether it be design, writing or conceptualization or all of the above

  • Have necessary transportation to office as needed

  • Demonstrate a proficient understanding of Microsoft Excel and Word

  • Current enrollment in a related 2 or 4 year college

  • Be a creative and strategic thinker

  • Take initiative and be ambitious

  • Pay attention to detail
